What to expect
I will perform a visual inspection of the residence. A written report will detail the condition of the residence, including any items that need additional attention. The report will be based on observation and experience and include digital pictures supplied soon after the inspection. This will allow you to learn the condition of the house and to make your buying decision with confidence. As a Candidate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) I am bound by the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of ASHI. These can be viewed here or at www.ashi.org.
I invite you to participate in person at the time of inspection. This allows you to ask questions and gain valuable knowledge about your prospective home. If you are unable to attend in person, I recommend someone to attend and sign our agreement as your agent, such as a family member or trusted friend. The inspection typically takes between 2 and 4 hours, depending on square footage, age, and general condition of the property.
The fee is based upon the home’s age and size. Multiple stories and sub-flooring crawl-space add to the fee. Please call for a quote.
